Senior Associate – M&A / Private Equity

Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm looking to hire a Senior M&A / Private Equity Associate to join its Century City office . The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in complex M&A and/or private equity deals.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise clients on sophisticated M&A and PE transactions

• Work with private equity sponsors, strategic buyers, and target companies

• Lead drafting and negotiation of core transactional documents

• Collaborate directly with partners and clients across industries

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in M&A and/or private equity

• Strong understanding of transactional structures and market practices

• Exceptional drafting, communication, and project management skills

• BigLaw or highly regarded transactional boutique background preferred

• CA Bar preferred (or willingness to gain admission)
