Location: Los Angeles, CA (Century City) Practice Area: Corporate / M&A Compensation: $230,000-350,000 base; total comp $380,000-475,000 at 1,900 billable hours Our client, a full-service business law firm of roughly 120 attorneys with offices across Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Orange County, is looking for a Corporate Associate to represent middle-market clients and capital providers on a range of business transactions. The Role Handle M&A, equity financings, joint ventures, and technology transactions Provide "outside GC" support to public and private companies, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals Draft, review, and negotiate corporate transactional documentation What You'll Need Minimum 3 years of general corporate transactional experience Excellent academic credentials and strong written/interpersonal skills Active California bar admission #J-18808-Ljbffr Transition Global
