The Role Handle M&A, equity financings, joint ventures, and technology transactions Provide "outside GC" support to public and private companies, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals Draft, review, and negotiate corporate transactional documentation What You'll Need Minimum 3 years of general corporate transactional experience Excellent academic credentials and strong written/interpersonal skills Active California bar admission #J-18808-Ljbffr Transition Global
