Job Overview A law firm seeks a junior corporate associate with 1-3 years of experience to join its Corporate Group in Los Angeles, California. The ideal candidate will support M&A transactions, conduct due diligence, draft and review documents, and assist with transactions from start to finish. Duties Support M&A transactions from due diligence through closing. Conduct thorough due diligence and analysis. Draft and review ancillary documents. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful transaction outcomes. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in corporate law. Strong drafting and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the State Bar of California. Skills Proficiency in legal research and writing. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents.
