Qualifications:

• Current California SLP license required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services for students in preschool-5th grade
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for students with mild to moderate needs
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and update IEPs in collaboration with the special education team
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote carryover and generalization of strategies within the classroom
• Engage in ongoing professional development and school team meetings as part of your role
