We are looking for a restaurant manager who is driven and strives for elevated guest dining.

This position is ideal for a Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, General Manager, or Senior Restaurant Manager coming from a recognized steakhouse, fine dining, upscale casual, luxury hotel restaurant, or high-volume polished dining environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN OUr RESTAURANT MANAGERS...
- Heavy volume restaurant management experience
- Strong fine dining / upscale dining background required
- Proven leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Highly professional with a polished, executive-level presentation
- High-energy leader who can motivate and develop a large team
- Strong knowledge of FOH operations, service standards, guest relations and financial performance
- Ability to maintain exceptional hospitality standards during peak volume
- Strong hiring, training, coaching and employee-development skills
- Someone who leads from the floor and is highly visible with both guests and staff
- Stable career progression and a track record of success
