Spring Internship: 15-Week, In-Person, Stipend - Diverse Teams

About the Position The Goodwin Living Summer Internship program allows college students an opportunity to explore the field of senior living and engage in many of the department that are essential to our organization. Application deadline is Friday, November 6, 2026. Applicants can apply for any of the following departments: Brain Health (resident engagement, programming and outreach) Brain Health Thrive Day Program (with residents) Engagement and Outreach (with Human Resources) Foundation Home Care Home Office (Corporate) Human Resources Marketing & Communications Resident Engagement and Chaplaincy Support This program is 2 days a week for 15-weeks (120 hours) beginning the week of January 11 and culminating on April 23. Interns will be required to submit all necessary onboarding documents and attend an in-person/all-day orientation on January 6. Interns will receive a stipend, a resident mentor, and 2-3 professional development workshops with our leadership team. Job Requirements Applicants must be currently enrolled at NVCC or Marymount. Must be able to attend Goodwin Living Orientation on Wednesday, January 6, 2027 Must be able to attend Goodwin Living Internship Kickoff on Friday, January 8, 2027 Must be able to begin in person internship hours the week of Monday, January 11, 2027 .
