This position requires a blend of skills in inventory management, customer service, and merchandising to ensure that our displays meet company standards and drive sales.*Duties** Execute product resets according to planograms and company guidelines.* Collaborate with store management and staff to ensure smooth execution of resets.* Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and tracking.* Communicate effectively with team members and store personnel regarding merchandising needs.* Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting customers as needed.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area during resets.* Monitor stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment to management.*Requirements** Previous experience is a retail environment is preferred.* Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.* Familiarity with inventory management practices.* Knowledge of sales techniques and merchandising principles is beneficial.* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.* Proficiency in using cash registers or RF scanners is advantageous.* Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.If you are passionate about retail merchandising and have the skills necessary to excel in the role, we encourage you to apply.
