The Opportunity In this role you will: Lead and manage complex data center programs, often comprising multiple concurrent projects or phases Act as the primary client interface, building strong relationships and providing strategic leadership Oversee programme governance, controls, reporting, and assurance Ensure effective integration of schedule, cost, risk, and change management across the programme Lead multidisciplinary teams, including project managers, cost managers, and project controls specialists Drive consistency in delivery standards, best practices, and reporting Proactively identify programme‑level risks and mitigation strategies Support procurement, contracting strategy, and stakeholder coordination Manage dependencies between design, construction, and commissioning activities Provide clear, concise reporting to senior client stakeholders and leadership teams We would love to hear from you if you: Proven experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager on large‑scale, complex projects Strong background delivering data center projects (hyperscale, colocation, or mission‑critical environments preferred) Excellent understanding of project and programme controls, including schedule, cost, and risk Experience working in a client‑side or consultancy environment Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate confidently in fast‑track, high‑pressure environments Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) Professional certifications (PMP, APM, RICS, etc.) are an advantage About Us Linesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
