- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and hiring process updates.
- Support recruiters with job postings and candidate tracking.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination.
- Support recruiting events, career fairs, and university recruiting activities.
- Support administrative documentation as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of recruiting coordination, HR support, administrative, or customer service experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Recruiting coordination experience preferred.
