Role Overview :

The Program Coordinator provides critical support to the Document Management Team in the strategic oversight and administration of all daily operational activities. In addition to assisting with day-to-day management, this role ensures that program policies and procedures remain aligned with organizational strategic priorities and comply with applicable state governance standards.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.

Salary:

The salary for this position traditionally starts at $42,900.00 but may be commensurate with education and work experience. Use our Compensation Calculator to view the total compensation package.

A Day in the Life:

The essential functions of this role are:

• Follow agency policies and operating procedures daily to ensure efficient daily production.
• Answers technical questions and traces requested information.
• Sorts and distributes or responds to and handles records, files, and other documents.
• Process mail correspondence daily which includes typing/printing letters and inserting comments.
• Oversee and track branch errors processes.
• Notify and correspond with Applicants for additional information.
• Represents the agency in a positive and professional manner.

Supervisory Responsibilities/Direct Reports:

This role may be utilized in a supervisory capacity based on agency needs.
