Director of Recruiting

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or equivalent professional qualification would be an advantage. 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in talent acquisition, preferably in the construction industry. Must be open to working fully in-office. Must have staffing agency recruiting experience. Experience leading in a high‑volume and fast‑paced agency staffing model. Proven success in leading organizations producing hundreds of starts per month across multiple markets. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategy and decision making. Strong operational discipline, focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high‑performing teams. Why Join Us?
