Behavioral Health Therapist - Youth and Family

Work Schedule 100% FTE, days. Monday through Thursday from 8am to 6pm. Possibility for a five day work week, if preferred. This is a hybrid position with a minimum requirement of three days in person. When in person, you will work at 122 E Olin Ave, Madison, WI. Pay This position may be eligible for a $3000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist, Substance Use to: Provide substance use, and mental health evidence-based treatments to adults and adolescents ages 13-25, with the ability to make dual diagnoses. Perform assessments, treatment planning, ongoing individual and group therapy, care coordination, and complete related documentation. Provide a mix of telehealth (work from home) and in clinic care.
