Outside Sales Representative

We’re hiring a driven, client-focused outside sales rep to grow revenue in a local territory. If you love prospecting, closing, and building lasting relationships, this is a high-impact role with strong upside. Territory: South Jersey, including Burlington, Ocean County, Atlantic City and surrounding areas. What You’ll Do Drive new business through cold outreach, networking, and lead follow-up Own the full sales cycle : quoting, closing, onboarding, and expansion Partner with operations and leadership to deliver top-tier service Use Salesforce to manage the pipeline and report activity Support pricing, project planning, and customer success initiatives What You Bring 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (equipment OR machinery industry is a plus) Proven ability to hit or exceed revenue goals Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proficiency in MS Office, Excel , and CRM systems BA/BS degree or equivalent experience OTE : $110,000-$120,000 with uncapped commission Year two earnings of $130,000 - $140,000 Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with company match Paid holidays, PTO, and ongoing training Company credit card for client entertainment and expenses Full benefits and 401 (k) retirement plan Why This Role?
