If you thrive when the path isn't fully mapped out, move fast without dropping details, and genuinely care about how people are treated, you'll do great here.Contract Details: Rate: $40 - $43 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week Hybrid work schedule: In-office M/W/FWhat You'll DoOwn the end-to-end candidate experience, making every interaction from first touch to final decision, feel seamless, human, and high-touchCoordinate and schedule interviews across complex calendars, time zones, and competing priorities, keeping things moving at speedServe as a trusted partner to recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers, anticipating needs, communicating proactively, and making their jobs easierOperate independently in ambiguity: spot gaps, make judgment calls, and create structure where none exists yetIdentify, initiate, and drive projects that improve and scale our recruiting processes as the team growsManage logistics, administrative tasks, and ad-hoc recruiting support with accuracy and urgencyContinuously look for ways to raise the bar on both the external candidate experience and the internal stakeholder experienceWhat You Bring1-3 years of experience as either a Recruiting Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or any adjacent role dealing with high volume schedulingComfort operating in ambiguity. You take initiative, make decisions with incomplete information, and don't wait to be told what to doA natural high-velocity operator who moves quickly without sacrificing accuracy or attention to detailExceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously without losing the threadStrong verbal and written communication skills, with proactive, clear, and warm follow-throughAbility to work independently and collaboratively, adapting fast in a rapidly changing startup environmentProficiency with various ATSs (Ashby preferred)
