Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. (ESGW) is looking for a motivated, people-focused Recruiting Assistant to support our recruitment efforts and help deliver an exceptional candidate experience. As a Recruiting Assistant, you will partner closely with the Talent Administrator and People Services team to attract, engage, and hire talented individuals who support our mission. You will play a key role in ensuring our recruitment processes run smoothly while providing outstanding service to candidates and hiring managers.

What You'll Do

• Post, refresh, and maintain open positions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support recruitment advertising and marketing initiatives.
• Research and recommend new job boards and sourcing opportunities.
• Assist with talent sourcing and candidate outreach efforts.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and ensure proper recordkeeping.
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and update recruitment documentation, guides, and training materials.
• Educate hiring managers on recruitment tools, systems, and best practices.
• Represent ESGW at hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach activities as needed.
• Deliver a positive and professional experience for candidates and new hires from application through onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 to 2 years of related experience in recruiting, human resources, customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
• Experience in a client-facing or customer support role preferred.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Must successfully pass a background check and DMV records check.
