What You'll Do
- Own Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and place licensed electricians, plumbers, sheet metal mechanics, and other trades professionals
- Craft Magnetic Job Ads: Write clear, keyword-optimized postings to attract qualified candidates
- Screen & Qualify: Assess technical skills, certifications, experience, and cultural fit via phone and in-person interviews
- Build & Nurture Pipeline: Maintain an active talent network for current openings and future needs
- Guide & Close: Manage offers, negotiate terms, and support candidates through onboarding
- Market Intelligence: Track trade-specific certifications, wage benchmarks, and local labor trends
- On-Site Interviews: Conduct occasional interviews at client locations in the Salt Lake City area
- 2 + years recruiting in skilled trades, construction, industrial, or related sectors
- Proven success placing licensed electricians, plumbers, sheet metal mechanics, or similar roles
- Deep knowledge of certifications (e.g., Journeyman, HVAC/R) and industry terminology
- Expert communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with ATS/recruitment tools and Microsoft Office
- Residency in Salt Lake City, UT area (required)
- Competitive Compensation: $60K-$70K /year plus uncapped performance bonus
