Master’s degree in Special Education, Educational Diagnostics, Psychology or a related field, active Educational Diagnostician license, and 1+ years Educational Diagnostician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Your expertise will shape educational strategies for approximately 85-100 active students, performing both evaluations and re-evaluations across varying grade levels, according to the district’s evolving needs. Assignments are full-time and entirely onsite, with working hours adjusted to the academic setting—either 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM at elementary campuses or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at secondary schools.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree required.
• Valid Texas Educator Certificate.
• Educational Diagnostician certification issued by the State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC).
• At least three years of creditable teaching experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
• Experience navigating diverse student needs and maintaining detailed documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive educational assessments and re-evaluations to guide personalized education planning.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to interpret assessment data and develop effective educational interventions.
• Maintain compliance with state standards and documentation requirements.
• Balance a dynamic caseload by prioritizing student needs and supporting their academic growth throughout the year.
