Branch Manager - Japanese Bilingual

International forwarder is looking for Japanese Bilingual Branch Manager, including Moving Department Manager role. Branch Management Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance with company policies. Supervise and support branch staff, ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment. Moving Department Management Drive company vehicles and participate in moving work as needed, including packing, unpacking, loading, unloading, palletizing, breaking pallets, vanning/devanning, and warehousing. Conduct job estimates, confirm customer requirements, and ensure services are delivered to meet expectations. Qualifications International Mover experience required (hands‑on packing, loading/unloading, warehouse work, customer interaction). Ability to drive company vehicles (valid driver's license and clean driving record required). Bilingual: Japanese (business-level, for customer service) and English (for internal communication).
