Tiny Town Childcare & Learning Center is looking for an energetic, caring, and enthusiastic Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team! If you have a passion for helping children learn through play, thrive on creating fun and engaging activities, and believe every day should be filled with smiles, laughter, and learning, we want to meet you!

Schedule Options

• Monday-Friday
• 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  OR
• 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

As our Lead Toddler Teacher, you'll be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and exciting classroom where toddlers can explore, learn, and develop new skills every day.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and implementing fun, age-appropriate activities
• Encouraging learning through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences
• Building positive relationships with children and families
• Maintaining a safe and engaging classroom environment
• Tracking developmental milestones and daily activities
• Communicating with parents about their child's day and progress
• Following licensing regulations and center policies
• Working collaboratively with fellow teachers and leadership
• Helping toddlers develop social, emotional, language, and self-help skills

Loves working with young children

Brings positive energy and enthusiasm to work each day

Enjoys singing songs, reading stories, and getting involved in play

Is patient, dependable, and team-oriented

Has strong communication and classroom management skills

Wants to make a lasting impact on children's lives

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous childcare experience preferred
• Must meet Ohio childcare licensing requirements
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
