Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in our food company. The ideal candidate will be organized, safety-focused, and able to lead a team while maintaining high standards for food safety, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
• Manage inventory accuracy, FIFO/FEFO, lot tracking, and product rotation.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, temperature control, and quality standards are followed.
• Train, schedule, and supervise warehouse employees.
• Monitor orders and shipments to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, quality, and logistics teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, receiving, and food-safety records.
• Ensure proper and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Identify and resolve inventory, shipping, and operational issues.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or supervisory experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Organizational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

salary: $55,000 - $80,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required
