CVS Health is seeking a Case Manager RN for a 100% remote NICU/high-risk maternity program. This role supports telephonic and in person assessments, planning and coordination to optimize members' care and outcomes. Licensure in good standing and multi-state option are required, with at least 3 years of NICU experience. We value collaborative care, HIPAA compliance, and strong communication with interdisciplinary teams across states. Normal hours are Mon-Fri, with no travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr CVS Health
