As the Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our juice bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a dynamic team to create delicious and nutritious beverages. Responsibilities Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of Main Squeeze Team Members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Conduct daily team huddles to communicate goals, share updates, and provide constructive feedback. Schedule and coordinate staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours. Customer Service Excellence: At Main Squeeze we do not compromise in providing top tier customer service. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, and addressing any concerns promptly. Ensure the team maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere in the juice bar, promoting a welcoming experience for customers. Oversee and coach Team members to ensure they are providing the best possible experience to our customers. Product Quality and Innovation: Oversee the preparation of a variety of fresh and nutritious juice blends, smoothies, acai bowls, and other beverages. Collaborate with the team to ensure we are making all products in a timely manner with the highest possible quality standards. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages and waste. Update the store manager of any items appearing low stock. Monitor staff to ensure as little waste as possible. Training and Development: Train new team members on product knowledge, customer service standards, and operational procedures.
