We're hiring a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing operations within a 24-hour inpatient behavioral health facility in Pacific, MO.

This role is ideal for:

• An experienced RN ready to step into their first Director-level role

You'll play a key role in shaping team culture, improving patient care, and supporting daily clinical operations in a structured and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and supporting nursing staff
• Managing staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day operations
• Ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Leading hiring, onboarding, and training of nursing personnel
• Driving quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborating with leadership on program operations
• Maintaining a positive and professional team environment

Qualifications include:

• Active RN license
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
