If so, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager who is responsibleforworking directly with clientsindependentlyandmanaging theirown projects frominceptionto completion,whileeffectively communicatingwith allinvolved parties. Key Activities / Accountabilities Accountable for managing all aspects of project development from custom, turnkey, primary, secondary, and hybrid packaging from conception to invoice Oversee30+developmentproject timelines efficiently,accurately, andindependently Fulfill 60+ plus concurrent customer orders & re-orders accurately, infullandon time Lead the development of higher levelandcomplex projects Create timelines and check transit schedules to ensure projects are being completed by the promised date Work with internallogistics, design,qualityand accounting team for all project milestones Build items andmaintainmultiple item bill of materials for manufacturing Set up RFQs and process purchase orders in our internal system Provide subject matterexpertiseon client related systems, processes,and procedures Communicate effectively withclientsandinternalBerlin |Jansyteam Negotiate and confirm factory pricingand lead times arecorrect Train and mentor other Project Managers and Jr. Project Managers Other duties as assigned Fulfill employer and employee portions of the Berlin Values Knowledge, Skills, Abilities BA/BS degree strongly preferredor HS/GED with equivalent work experience Minimum 6years ofprojectmanagementexperience Experience working with international factories Ability to use Mac Consumer packaged goods experience or primary and secondary experience Packaging development experience Formulation and turnkey development experience preferred Proven ability to quickly learn and confidently apply new software applicationsand processes Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Self-motivation with a strong senseof personal accountability Working knowledge of MS Office suite, Slate, Adobe suite Strong business acumen in project planning and management Strong verbalandwritten communication and organizational skills Effective negotiation skills Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude and one who takes pride in the quality of their work Critical thinker andinformation seeker NY/NJ Base Pay Range$95,000—$125,000 USD Benefits Competitive PTO including vacation, personal days, holidays, and sick time Berlin Shared Ownership Plan Profit sharing 401(k) with company match Medical insurance including dental insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) for transportation, medical, and dependent care expenses Vision insurance options Paid parental leave for up to 12-weeks Health club reimbursement Tuition reimbursement 529 college savings plan Employee Assistance Program for mental health and well-being Calm app to improve mental wellbeing Employee referral program Company sponsored life insurance with optional voluntary life insurance Company sponsored short- and long-term disability At Berlin Packaging we look at candidates’ skills but hire based on traits.
