Sr Services Project Manager - Inspections

Job Description Summary The Senior Services Project Manager – Inspections will be responsible for the execution of projects associated with Nuclear Inspection Services within GVH. In this role, the individual will work within the Services division of GVH to manage field projects for the different Inspections product lines (IVVI, IVUT, Drywell) at customer power plant outages to facilitate project delivery. The individual will report to the Inspection Services Director and will work to coordinate with business leaders to plan and execute project work scopes to meet required criteria (Integrity, Safety, Quality, Output) as they relate to project budget, schedule, and scope. Roles and Responsibilities Serve Inspection Services processes, procedures, and guidelines, including executing domestic and international field project delivery and internal project support. Develop specialized knowledge for stakeholder relations and strategy development, ensuring delivery within responsibility areas. Apply best practices and understand market differentiators, using judgment to solve moderately complex tasks. Use technical expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Act as a resource for colleagues and may lead small projects with moderate risks. Explain difficult or sensitive information, build consensus, and provide technical direction to contracted and craft labor. Aid and input business leads during the ITO (Inquiry to Order) phase for proposal development. Ensure project metrics are met while delivering agreed contractual expectations. Oversee project closure and review, ensuring proper storage and turnover of data for business continuity. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in STEM from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 7 years of Nuclear Industry experience). 3 Years of Nuclear-related Project Management experience or 5 Years of STEM-related Project Management experience. Domestic and International Project Support – ability to maintain access to and execute domestic or international project delivery. Eligibility Requirements Willingness to travel 60% of the time, including 12-hour daily, 7 days a week while traveling. Ability to maintain Unescorted Access to customer sites. Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills, problem‑analysis, and documentation abilities. Established project management skills and ability to lead programs and projects. Desired Characteristics PMI/PMP Certification. Leadership of field teams at customer sites. Strategic development and execution skills, customer‑centric approach. Knowledge of Nuclear/Energy products, processes, customers, markets, and competition. Technical knowledge of BWR 2‑6 ISI (in‑vessel, drywell, and BOP ISI techniques). Experience with Microsoft Office, Oracle ERP, PLM, Primavera P6.
