Sr. Technical Project Manager

GE HealthCare seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams across global locations in developing Digital SaaS solutions for mammography, breast tomosynthesis, and X-ray platforms. The role involves managing complex, interdependent projects while driving innovation in diagnostic imaging technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of multiple interdependent projects within programs across North America, China, and Bangalore locations
- Ensure project outcomes deliver on time, within scope and budget, and meet quality standards
- Define execution standards and processes for project managers within the program or department
- Collaborate with business, functional, and technology partners to define functionality and specify requirements for SaaS solutions
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement by identifying strategic partnerships and technology enhancements supporting scalable growth
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science or STEM field with 4+ years developing complex high-tech products, or Bachelor's with 8+ years
- Demonstrated experience working with AI products and developing production-grade AI/machine learning models at scale
- Strong leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize cross-functional teams globally
- Medical device development experience; medical imaging AI development highly desired
- Expertise in translating business problems into ROI-driven AI solutions with end-to-end ownership
- Data management proficiency and demonstrated problem-solving with analytical capabilities
