Part-Time Weekends (Saturday & Sunday 8:30am-5pm)
Pay Rate: $15hr

Job Summary:
As a Receptionist at Aspire Senior Living Oak Grove, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents, families, and staff. As a Part-Time Weekend Receptionist , you provide exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, and supporting the daily operations of our facility.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, residents, and staff, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Manage and respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and messages
Maintain accurate records, filing, and data entry
Assist with scheduling, room assignments, and special requests
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive or personal information
Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator or Department leadership
Receptionist Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
