Our core business connects off-market discounted properties with local investors. We opened our in-person headquarters in North Hollywood in March 2026.

About the Role

Kingdom Homes is looking for an experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Agent – MLS & Agent Outreach to join our team at our North Hollywood headquarters and lead a new acquisition initiative focused specifically on sourcing investment opportunities through the MLS and relationships with listing agents.

Kingdom Homes already has multiple established marketing and acquisition strategies that are consistently generating opportunities across our markets. We're now looking to expand our acquisition operation by building a dedicated channel focused on identifying overlooked on-market properties and developing relationships with the agents representing them.

This person will lead the charge on this initiative.

Rather than stepping into a fully built-out process, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of this channel, work directly with our founders and leadership team, and help develop the systems, outreach strategies, KPIs, and processes that allow us to scale it nationwide.

Because of that, we're specifically looking for someone who has successfully used this strategy before. You should already understand how to identify opportunities on the MLS, approach listing agents, uncover seller motivation, structure investor offers, negotiate effectively, and convert those conversations into transactions.

This is not a traditional residential real estate agent position. You won't spend your day hosting open houses, finding retail buyers, or building a personal book of listings.

Instead, you'll identify stale, distressed, price-reduced, and investor-friendly properties on the MLS; connect directly with listing agents; determine seller motivation; negotiate discounted investor offers; and secure properties that Kingdom Homes can move through our nationwide investor network.

About the Founders

At Kingdom Homes, you'll have the remarkable chance to collaborate directly with the founders, Jordan Wise and Daniel Newman, two visionary leaders with extensive experience in real estate, technology, and business scaling. Both founders work daily out of our new LA office, giving new team members the opportunity to learn directly from their journeys and gain invaluable insights into achieving success at the highest levels.

Jordan Wise is a highly experienced real estate professional who has managed the virtual flipping of over 100 homes, generating millions in profits without physically visiting the properties. He has raised significant funds through debt financing for these ventures, establishing a solid track record of strong returns for his private investor network. In addition to his flipping endeavors, Jordan owns a diverse portfolio of apartment buildings and single-family homes. His exceptional ability to develop and lead remote teams of agents, contractors, subcontractors, and property managers has made him adept at executing complex projects effortlessly. He brings extensive construction expertise and a degree from USC.

Daniel Newman is the former Cofounder and CEO of Dandy, a technology startup where he raised over $3.3 million from top-tier Silicon Valley investors, built a high-performing team, propelled the company into the top 10 of the App Store, and achieved a successful exit in 2022 following its acquisition by a real estate technology firm serving over 300,000 residents nationwide. Daniel holds a degree in Real Estate Development from USC, possesses a California real estate broker's license, and had previously engaged in property wholesaling before partnering with Jordan to establish Kingdom Homes. His expertise in scaling technology-driven enterprises, enhancing operational effectiveness, and fostering innovation brings unique systems and strategies that contribute to the team's outstanding results.

Together, Jordan and Daniel have merged their expertise to build one of the fastest-growing real estate wholesaling companies in the United States. What You'll Do

This role requires a high volume of daily outbound activity — consistently hitting your KPI targets will typically mean spending several hours a day on the phone with listing agents. As a licensed 1099 independent contractor under our brokerage, you’ll have full ownership over how you structure your day; our expectations are built around the KPIs and results tied to this role, not a fixed schedule.

• Lead and develop Kingdom Homes' MLS and listing-agent acquisition channel
• Search the MLS daily for stale, distressed, price-reduced, and investor-friendly properties
• Identify properties that have been sitting on the market for extended periods
• Contact listing agents directly to understand seller motivation and determine whether they would consider an investor-style offer
• Build strong relationships with listing agents and become a go-to resource when they have difficult-to-sell or investor-friendly properties
• Analyze properties and determine appropriate acquisition prices based on comparable sales, condition, repairs, resale potential, and investor demand
• Structure, submit, and negotiate offers
• Negotiate purchase price, terms, access, contingencies, and closing timelines
• Work closely with our acquisitions and dispositions teams to evaluate opportunities and move contracted properties through our investor network
• Maintain consistent follow-up with listing agents and active opportunities
• Manage leads, conversations, offers, and contracts through our CRM
• Develop a network of agents who proactively bring investment opportunities to Kingdom Homes
• Help build and refine the scripts, processes, follow-up systems, and KPIs used for this acquisition channel
• Track performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion at each stage of the pipeline
• Help scale the strategy into additional Kingdom Homes markets
• Consistently hit outreach, offer, contract, and revenue targets

Requirements

• Active California Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one
• Proven experience sourcing and closing investment properties through the MLS and direct outreach to listing agents
• Track record of successfully closing transactions using this or a substantially similar acquisition strategy
• Previous experience targeting stale, distressed, price-reduced, or otherwise investor-friendly MLS listings
• Strong understanding of residential real estate transactions, contracts, and negotiations
• Experience analyzing properties and determining investor acquisition prices
• Experience in real estate wholesaling, fix-and-flip acquisitions, investment sales, or a similar investor-focused environment
• Strong phone presence and confidence communicating and negotiating with experienced real estate professionals
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and consistently following up
• Ability to independently manage a pipeline from initial property identification through executed contract
• Highly organized, competitive, persistent, and motivated by measurable results
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership of a new initiative and help develop the processes required to scale it
