Experience recruiting for engineering or manufacturing roles is highly preferred, and familiarity with the automation and controls space is a plus.Overview:Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, candidate submission, interview preparation, offer coordination, and candidate management through the start date.Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Juicebox, referrals, job boards, AI-enabled tools, and other available recruiting resources.Conduct structured candidate interviews covering experience, technical background, project history, compensation, availability, career goals, and overall fit.Edit and format resumes and prepare professional candidate summaries for client presentation.Prepare candidates for interviews, gather post-interview feedback, assist throughout the offer process, and maintain consistent communication through their start date.Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships that generate repeat engagement, referrals, and a strong professional network.Partner with Managers to understand job qualifications, establish recruiting strategies, provide market feedback, and communicate search progress.Manage multiple active requisitions simultaneously, prioritizing activity based on client needs, urgency, candidate availability, and likelihood of success.Maintain accurate and current candidate profiles, notes, activity, job pipelines, and communications within the ATS.Come prepared to daily meetings with a clear understanding of assigned requisitions, candidate activity, priorities, challenges, and next steps.Take ownership of assigned searches and consistently drive activity toward quality submittals, interviews, offers, and successful placements.Requirements:3+ years agency staffing experience required.Background recruiting in engineering, industrial automation, construction, manufacturing, skilled trades, or other technical markets strongly preferred.Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills with a comfort level engaging passive candidates.Highly organized and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously without losing momentum.Thrives in a metrics-driven, performance-focused environment with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.A relationship-first approach.
