Client Experience Representative

Are you tired of high-volume, script-based call center roles? Do you thrive on taking ownership, solving complex puzzles, and building genuine relationships with clients?

A growing logistics business in Jacksonville, is looking for a Client Experience Specialist to join our team in a temp-to-hire capacity with a high potential for permanent placement.

This is not a transactional or script-driven call role. You won't be rushing through 80 calls a day. Instead, you will act as a true client advocate—taking the time to understand complex supply chain needs, partnering cross-functionally with operations, dispatch, and warehouse teams, and seeing issues through to resolution.

salary: $19 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Handle high-touch inbound client inquiries via phone and email, taking deep dives into account issues rather than offering surface-level answers
• Serve as the liaison between clients, dispatch, account managers, and warehouse personnel to resolve logistics and shipment challenges
• Initiate outbound communication to update clients on shipment milestones, flag potential delays before they happen, and gather feedback
• Investigate root causes for supply chain disruptions and develop custom, reliable solutions for key accounts
• Keep accurate, clear notes in our CRM/logistics management system to ensure seamless continuity across the team
