Description

Position Summary

This position will lead Apex's Installation Department, overseeing end to end signage installs through qualified partners. By strengthening vendor accountability and installation readiness to reduce delays and rework, this role will also improve processes and provide field support to ensure on time, high quality, cost effective delivery.

Qualifications

Skill and Experience and Education Requirements

• 3 years of experience in construction, installation, or project management
• Knowledge of sign installations preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• ERP system experience a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

• Office-based role with occasional travel within the building or to nearby locations.
• Collaborative team environment with opportunities for growth and learning.
• Ability to walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. (e.g., moving equipment, hardware installations).
