By strengthening vendor accountability and installation readiness to reduce delays and rework, this role will also improve processes and provide field support to ensure on time, high quality, cost effective delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning, Coordination and ExecutionVendor Relationship ManagementProject Estimating & NegotiationProblem ResolutionQualificationsSkill and Experience and Education Requirements3 years of experience in construction, installation, or project managementKnowledge of sign installations preferredStrong leadership, organizational, and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlinesERP system experience a plusKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.Bachelor's or associate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.Competency StatementsAccuracy – Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.Coaching and Development – Ability to provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas.Communication, Written/Oral – Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word and in writing.Customer Oriented – Ability to take care of customers' needs while following company procedures.
