Control Room Operator I
Are you energized by ensuring safe, efficient operations in a dynamic oil and gas environment? Join our team as a Control Room Operator I and play a vital role in overseeing critical control systems at our plant just north of Snyder, TX. In this position, you will be at the heart of operational excellence, monitoring and managing equipment to keep the facility running smoothly and safely.

Your expertise will help optimize plant performance, troubleshoot process issues, and uphold strict safety standards, making a real difference every day.
Required Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve process issues
- Knowledge of control systems and equipment such as pumps, valves, compressors, heaters, and coolers
- Ability to operate under safety protocols and adhere to facility policies
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in oil and gas facilities or related industrial environments
- Basic understanding of process optimization techniques
- Certifications related to plant safety or control systems management
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical or technical/vocational training preferred
- Previous control room or plant operation experience is a plus, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with similar industrial settings
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
- Willingness to comply with safety requirements and facility policies
- This is a 12-month + position, with potential for extension or other opportunities
