We are looking to fill the position for Accounting Lead in Santa Clara, CA. This is a full‑time position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Audit, code and match invoices with purchase orders and the corresponding receivers. Prepare checks for all vouchers and approved invoices for payment in an accurate and timely manner. Interface with appropriate personnel to secure proper payment approvals. Oversee maintenance of accounts payable files and records. Respond to all vendor and employee inquiries regarding invoices, expenses, and check requests in a timely manner. Produce various reports for management including maintenance of accounts payable register. Monitor team performance and assign tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

Highly proficient in computer software programs such as word processors, spreadsheet programs and database systems. Basic mathematical skills. Knowledge of high volume collections, credit authorization and billing procedures and practices. Familiar with Financial Management software such as PeopleSoft.
