Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled X-Ray Technologist to join a dynamic diagnostic imaging team in the Pittsfield, MA area. In this role you'll perform a wide variety of radiographic procedures, using independent judgment and technical expertise to contribute to accurate patient diagnoses. You'll uphold high standards of patient care, follow infection-control protocols rigorously, and excel both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities

• Execute diverse radiographic exams (CR, DR) with precision.
• Operate and troubleshoot CR, DR, PACS, HIS and RIS systems.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and deliver outstanding patient-care.
• Adhere to infection-control measures, body-substance-isolation, and OSHA rules.
• Participate in on-call and holiday rotation as assigned.
• Mentor or provide instruction to peers or support staff when designated.
• Maintain required departmental competencies and attend all mandatory training sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Massachusetts Radiology License (MALIC).
• ARRT Registered Technologist - Radiography [ARRT(RTR)].
• Demonstrated ability to function independently and accurately in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Completion of all mandatory annual training (e.g., infection control, bloodborne pathogens).

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
• Includes on-call and holiday rotations.
