Job Title: New Hire Specialist Admin I (Data Entry)

Job Summary:

The New Hire Specialist Admin I (Data Entry) is responsible for supporting the verification of employment and terminations by ensuring employer information is processed accurately and in a timely manner. This role requires strong attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple systems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, open, prepare, and scan incoming physical mail
• Process electronic communications from employers
• Provide mail imaging and data entry support
• Input and verify critical information across multiple computer systems
• Maintain accuracy while working in multiple programs simultaneously
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key proficiency
• Typing speed of at least 3040 WPM
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
