As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lizette Cochran - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Benefits include a simple IRA, hiring bonus, bonus based on performance, competitive salary, flexible schedule, health insurance, opportunity for advancement, paid time off, and training & development. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
Responsibilities include managing customer accounts and updating information in the database, assisting customers with policy changes and inquiries, processing insurance claims and following up with customers on claim status, and coordinating with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications include strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent customer service and communication skills, previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred, and bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.
