Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to inspect residential roofing systems
• Conduct professional roof inspections and identify customer needs
• Present customized roofing solutions and financing options
• Guide homeowners through insurance restoration when applicable
• Build trust and maintain exceptional customer relationships
• Follow up on company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline
• Coordinate with production and operations to ensure outstanding customer experiences
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales, in-home sales, or customer-facing sales experience preferred
• Roofing, construction, home improvement, HVAC, solar, or restoration experience is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections when needed
