Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Two enriching roles are open for the 2026-2027 academic year, each offering a unique classroom environment and impactful caseload.

Available Assignments:

• Special Education Generalist/Resource Teacher (K-8, Mild Moderate): Manage a caseload of 30-40 at the Explore PK-8 campus.
• Inclusive Learning Community (ILC) Center Based Classroom Teacher (K-3, Moderate to Severe): Support a smaller caseload of 10 within a developmental delay classroom at Meadow Community School.

Both positions begin July 29th, 2026 and conclude May 28th, 2027, with a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current or in-process Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Education License (publicly searchable verification required).
• CPI training is offered; prior CPI certification is a plus.
• Openness to travel clinicians; please be prepared to discuss relocation status.
• New graduates encouraged to apply—comprehensive onboarding provided.
• SLP-CCC credential welcomed for those applying in a speech therapy capacity.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver differentiated instruction in either a mild-moderate or moderate-severe classroom setting.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and manage IEP caseloads (specifics vary by role).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure student success.
• Participate in district CPI training and ongoing professional development.
