Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and oversee all Front of House Leaders and Team Members
- Ensure efficient and consistent restaurant operations following Chick-fil-A Mercury Blvd standards
- Maintain high standards of guest experience, cleanliness, and food safety
- Coach, correct, and inspire team members to uphold a culture of excellence and hospitality

Work Schedule & Requirements
- Full-time position with 8-hour shifts
- Availability for weekends, holidays, day and night shifts
- On-site work at our welcoming restaurant location
- Associate degree preferred
