Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Ohio Special Education Teaching Certification
• Experience in K-12 special education classroom settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt lessons to meet diverse learner needs

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student requirements
• Provide direct instruction, support, and accommodations to students in accordance with their IEPs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Monitor student progress and document outcomes
• Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive environment that encourages student growth and success

Work Details:

• Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Serve students across K-12 grade levels
