Our dedicated Enrollment Outreach Services team plays a crucial role in this process by reaching out to patients to facilitate the application or reapplication for coverage – and that's where your expertise comes in! We are seeking dedicated and courteous professionals to join our team, focusing on targeted outreach efforts. The primary goal is to provide information and assistance to patients, guiding them through the enrollment process for healthcare coverage. Its important to note that our team does not engage in soliciting any monetary assets during calls; instead, we are committed to helping patients secure valuable healthcare coverage, leading to significant reductions in their medical expenses. Responsibilities Provide information and assistance to patients, guiding them through the enrollment process for healthcare coverage. Support targeted outreach efforts as part of the Enrollment Outreach Services team. Ensure that no monetary assets are solicited during calls; help patients secure healthcare coverage. Qualifications Expert fluency in both English and Spanish Access to a computer with reliable audio/microphone functionality and a stable internet connection Comfort and experience with cold-calling/outbound calls Fast learner with a process-oriented approach Positive attitude and genuine care for others Role Information / Benefits Contractor position 100% remote Full-time availability preferred (40 hours/week) Performance-based bonus opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
