Arnold Pet Station is located in a beautiful suburb of Annapolis, Maryland. We are seeking a full or part-time Veterinarian with an interest in surgery and dentistry.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full-time, experienced veterinarian with strong surgical skills base salary : $120-160k. Commensurate with skillset, experience, schedule and your preferred pace.
• Earning potential on monthly, no negative accrual bonus plan: up to $160k
• Additional opportunities to earn : Highly competitive monthly, no negative accrual bonus plan. Bonus plan is not mandatory (for candidates preferring straight salary). Equity opportunity available starting early 2025.
• Relocation stipend
• Bonus in exchange for multi-year commitment negotiable; commensurate with length of commitment, skillset and schedule commitment
