About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations and Execution to play a pivotal role in the hands-on leadership of operational and customer-facing functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating organizational priorities into disciplined execution, managing leaders and teams, and ensuring the implementation of critical initiatives. This role demands a practical and highly engaged leader with a strong background in operations, servicing, and business process management. The VP will be tasked with leading daily performance, resolving complex operational issues, and driving process improvements to enhance both the customer and employee experience. Applicants must have a minimum of ten years' experience in a related discipline, with a proven track record of improving operational performance and leading complex implementations. The role requires a leader who is comfortable with all aspects of operational management, from people leadership to data analysis, and who can effectively manage third-party vendors. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates with experience in financial services, fintech, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of operating data, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across functions to achieve results. The position is critical to the company's mission of expanding financial inclusion and requires a leader who is dedicated to creating lasting economic opportunity for underserved communities.
