About Our Agency
I've been with State Farm for 25 years, and opened my own agency in 2021. We're proud to have built a strong foundation of knowledge and dedication to serving our clients over the past years. We're a family-oriented, team-focused agency with 5 team members who genuinely care about one another and our community. We work together as a close-knit work family, fostering an environment where everyone takes pride in their contributions and shares in the success of the office. At our agency, there's always room to grow. Everyone here takes ownership of their role, which has allowed us to achieve company promotions and continual success. We're more than just a workplace - we're a community of people who support one another, strive for excellence, and give back to those around us.
Role Description
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Azzy Abu-Omar - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
