Caregiver Supervisor

As a Caregiver Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of caregivers who provide care to individuals in need. This position requires a caring and compassionate individual with experience in caregiving and the ability to lead and supervise others. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor the performance of caregivers ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Conduct regular evaluations of caregivers performance and provide feedback for improvement. Train new caregivers on proper care techniques and company policies. Coordinate schedules for caregivers to ensure adequate coverage for clients. Develop care plans for clients in collaboration with the caregiving team. Communicate with clients families to address any concerns or requests. Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in clients condition. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and company policies. Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience as a caregiver required. Experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred. Compassionate, patient and understanding attitude towards clients and their families. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong organizational skills. Location and Compensation US preference. Salary: $1600 per month, negotiable based on experience.
