Assignment Details
• Start Date: ASAP following credentialing
• End Date: Ongoing
• Schedule: 32 Äì40 hours per week
• Shift Options: Eight- or 10-hour shifts
• Weekly Requirement: Must work either Monday or Friday every week
• Setting: Hospital-based Level II trauma center
• Practice Model: Medically supervised
• Patient Population: Pediatric through geriatric
• Facility Volume: Approximately 50 surgical cases daily
• Call: None
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: Approximately 90 Äì120 days
• Locums-to-Permanent: Potential conversion opportunity
Requirements
• NBCRNA-certified CRNA
• Active Michigan CRNA license
• At least one year of CRNA experience
• Current AHA ACLS and BLS
• Current PALS
• Clean professional and background history
• No unexplained employment gaps
• Ability to work at least 32 hours per week
• Consistent Monday or Friday availability required
Clinical Details
• Administer anesthesia for adult and pediatric general surgical cases
• Provide anesthesia for neurosurgical procedures
• Perform spinal and local infiltration anesthesia
• Provide airway management and intubation when required
• Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory status
• Complete preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative monitoring
• Rotate among operating rooms according to clinical need
• Work under anesthesiologist supervision within a collaborative surgical team
• Document anesthesia care using Epic
