Minister to Students

Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop a clear, Biblical vision and strategy for student ministry.
- Faithfully and accurately teach God’s Word to students on a consistent, weekly basis.
- Plan and lead weekly programs.
- Work with the Youth Committee to plan, lead, and execute purposeful youth events.
- Recruit, develop, and equip adult youth leaders to serve and lead students.
- Communicate with parents about upcoming youth services and events/activities.
- Provide encouragement and resources to parents of teenagers.
- Plan, develop, and lead summer youth camp.
- Counsel students, parents, and youth volunteers as needed.
- Regularly attend school and other community events featuring students.
- Support other ministries within the church.
- Support and assist the Senior Pastor in ministry responsibilities as designated.
