Job Overview Administers qualitative diagnostic, habilitative, and rehabilitative services related to communication/hearing disorders for inpatients and outpatients of all ages. Qualifications Required: Doctoral degree in Audiology Minimum one year of experience Certifications and Licenses Required New Jersey state licensure in Audiology New Jersey state licensure in hearing aide dispensing Scheduling Requirements Part Time Day shift Weekend and Holiday rotation Essential Functions Assists in updating diagnostic and/or therapeutic materials and supplies Attends inservice/lectures on subjects related to hearing and communication Provides counseling to patients and/or their families with regard to the diagnostic findings, the therapeutic program or further referral Other Things to Know This job description outlines the core responsibilities of the role, but it's not meant to cover every task you may take on.
