Embrace a career where you can make a real impact! Key Responsibilities Oversee the docketing database/calendar for the Intellectual Property Group. Review and process USPTO communications and filings for accuracy. Enter critical deadlines into the system for all incoming IP correspondence. Maintain up‑to‑date information on both U.S. and foreign case records. Keep informed of both domestic and international IP rules and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IP docketing. Experience with patents, trademarks, copyrights, and TTAB preferred. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced setting. Familiarity with Foundation IP docketing software is advantageous.
